The outside of Kaytee Fiesta yogurt treats is hard and crunchy. Rats usually enjoy biting into the ball-shaped treat and the crunchy exterior helps them wear down their teeth. Once they get to the inside, they’re met with a soft inner-layer. It’s very different from regular rat food, which adds some great variety to your rat’s diet.

Yogies are well known because rats almost universally love these, and as far as store bought treats go they’re one of the healthiest you can buy.Anyways, I taste-test a little of nearly everything I give to my pets just out of curiosity (yes, I have eaten a mealworm before, I admit it shamelessly...) but I've never purchased yogies before... I've tried a couple other store-bought treats and they don't taste bad but tasting it for yourself really gives you an idea of all the sugar in them.Since Yogies have no corn and they contain actual yogurt cultures (See back of pack) they’re fantastic for keeping your rats stomachs in good shape, which usually isn’t the case with many treats. Most store bought treats when given in excess can upset a rats stomach, but with Yogies we’ve given our rats anywhere from 3-4 at a time and they’ve been just fine.Treat your rabbit to a delicious, healthy yogurt-drop snack made with creamy, easy-to-digest yogurt. Flavors and aromas so tempting, you'll want to sample these bite-sized morsels yourself! Feed sparingly - 1 to 2 treats per day. Resealable plastic cup helps ensure freshness. 3/4" dia. 3.5 oz.
