Sard Eucalyptus Wonder Soap Stain Removing Bar 125g

Many trendy stain removing products make big promises, but few live up to their claims. I love Fels Naptha soap. It gets out any stain; old or new. I've given up buying the fancy stain removing products to stay with one that has worked for my family for over 50 years. I use my electric knife to cut up the bar. I take one of these mini-bars with me when I travel; now I don't worry about stains on the road. Of course, I can only seem to find this soap at Ace - the helpful hardware place, for sure:)

3 Fels Naptha Laundry Soap Bar Poison Ivy Treatment Homeade Oily Stain Remover I got the Dr. Spot Stain Remover Soap at the beginning of 2015, so I have had several months to use it. It works better than any other stain product I've tried. Just last night, I got ink marks out of a sweatshirt with it. It lasts a long time, too. I will be purchasing another bar at the store the next time I return to Orlando.

I love Fels Naptha laundry soap to get out many of my laundry stains.

My Mom used it, and so do I.

All I do is keep one of the bars of the soap on a shelf in my laundry room and whenever I come across a stain from one of the kids' laundry I just wet the bar a little and rub it on the stain.

It seems to work on just about everything I've tried it on, even !

I love that the bar lasts a long time, and is very inexpensive too.

There is no reason, in my opinion, to buy more expensive products when this one works so well.

Thanks Lindsay for sharing your laundry stain remover review.

I have heard about Fels Naptha because it is the soap the Duggars (you know, 19 Kids And Counting) use in making their own .

I would love to hear from others to share what stains they've gotten out with Fels Naptha soap, and what you make with it. You can .

Further, while Fels Naptha is one type of laundry bar soap, did you know that a regular bar soap can also be used as a pretreater. You can find out more .

On this page I've gathered many uses for bar soap for cleaning, laundry stain removal, and more.

This first started with a single tip from a reader, but has since expanded as I've learned more uses personally, plus from readers telling me even more!

This tip first came from a reader, Jessica, who said:

"I've totally dumped my spray and wash pretreater/stain stuff for a bar of white soap.

So far, any bar I've used has worked on serious stains like and and .

My kids are rough on clothes and they've ruined so many things with stains I couldn't get out. I just rub on some wet white soap, rub it in good, rinse it and put it in the laundry.

The berry incident kept fading up till I washed and then it was gone. Wish I'd figured this out years ago."

While white bar soap can be a great general pretreater, the soap works especially well on a couple of stains, which will be mentioned in more depth below.

In addition, although Jessica's tip is specifically about white bar soap, you could use just about any laundry bar soap as an easy and cheap as well.

For example, I've gotten several which say it has worked well for removing laundry stains in much the same way.

You may also be wondering which brand of white bar soap works best, and I'll tell you below what many readers believe!
