Nutro Max Grain Free Adult Recipe with Farm-Raised Chicken.

Sorry, but I really like this dog food, and I had tried all the super well-received, highly rated foods before finally landing on the venison and potato version of this grain free food. I had tried Orijen, Innova, Wilderness, etc etc. None have worked out as well as this product. A high-end dog food store recommended it, because the venison is easy to digest, and both my working dogs seemed to have mild allergies to anything that had feathers. I have had zero issues, stools are the best ever, the dogs eat smaller meals with satisfaction, no one is scratching… Coats look great, eyes sparkle, tummies in good shape. Thank you, Nutro. I was surprised. I do give this kibble to the neutered male supplemented with Party Animal canned food, also venison. The intact female gets just the Nutro.

Nutro Max Grain Free Adult Recipe with Pasture-Fed Lamb.

Nutro Natural Choice dry cat food for at least two years, and had to stop using this food. I have 2 young cats: one male Tonkinese, Sherlock, cat and one shorthair domestic cat, Pepper.

I had been trying to find them a good, grain-free dry food that they would both eat, and they both decided to eat Natural Choice. I was finally committed to one brand of dry cat food, Pepper being a very finicky eater.

After a while, I noticed that both cats were spending quite a lot of time at the water dish and then started vomiting. At this point, I also noticed that Sherlock, who is food aggressive and doesn't fully chew his dry food, was vomiting full pieces of Natural Choice dry good, only the size of the pieces was at least 3 times the size of this food when it was dry.

I immediately switched to another dry cat food having very small pieces, and lo and behold, both cats go crazy for the new food and I haven't seen them at the water dish but maybe once or twice in the past 3 weeks, since changing to the new dry food.

I don't know that all cats will have the same problem with Nutro Natural Choice that both my cats have had, but this is just a review for information only. If you think that your cat(s) may have diabetes because they are spending an inordinate amount of time at the water dish, please try switching to another high grade dry food made with smaller pieces or simply go to an all wet food diet, which I'm beginning to think is absolutely the best and only way to go.
